  • Cancel my reservation

If your arrival date is within the confinement period decided by the government, you will be automatically reimbursed and your reservation will be canceled. If your arrival date is not in compulsory confinement, the basic cancellation conditions apply and, therefore, your travel insurance may possibly cover your costs provided that you report your cancellation request . We will send you a detailed invoice stating the cancellation costs which you will remit to your travel insurance.

  • Modify my reservation

If your reservation has not already been canceled and refunded, this means that your arrival date is later than the end date of official confinement. Certain date changes may be acceptable so as not to lose your deposit. Write to us using the form on this site in the “Contact” section.

04/15/2020: Unfortunately, the cancellation of the Avignon festival is not a case of force majeure justifying the cancellation of a reservation in the eyes of the law. We contacted on the Presidency’s services, who replied to us with the following elements: “Cancellations of charges and specific aid will be quickly implemented for sectors, such as tourism, hotels, catering, culture and events will be permanently affected. ” But, to date (04/15/2020), we do not yet know the modalities of this aid, their scope or their impact. Depending on the level of assistance granted by the government, we hope to be able to be flexible when faced with requests to cancel the festival period.
