Cancel my reservation
If your arrival date is within a government-ordered lockdown period, you will be automatically refunded and your booking will be cancelled (unlike travel agencies and booking centres that offer you a credit note -refundable after 18 months- or an equivalent service at a later date).
If your arrival date is not during a mandatory lock-in period, the basic cancellation conditions apply and, therefore, your travel insurance may cover your costs, provided you notify us of your cancellation request. We will send you an itemised invoice with the cancellation costs, which you will submit to your travel insurance.
If you are a case of contact or COVID, you should have taken out cancellation insurance. This does not represent a no-cost cancellation clause.
Change my booking
If your booking has not already been cancelled and refunded, this means that your arrival date is later than the official end date of confinement. Some date changes may be acceptable in order not to lose your deposit. Please write to us via the form on this site in the “Contact” section.
