Rates and conditions

Unless otherwise specified, our base rates are non-cancellable and non-modifiable. The sums paid when booking the stay remain acquired as compensation for termination in the event of cancellation.
The price indicated corresponds to a specific accommodation for a number and type of occupants (Adult / Child / Babies / Animals), for fixed start and end dates (arrival from 4 p.m., departure no later than 10 a.m.) . Name substitution is only permitted after express acceptance. If the payment conditions are not respected, no reservation can be guaranteed.
The accommodation will be occupied with due care, for example: Be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and the remedies of neighbors and insure the rental furniture (either through its own contract insurance covering the risks of the seasonal rental, either by taking out a specific insurance policy for the entire duration of the rental); Refrain from throwing in the sinks, baths, bidets, sinks objects likely to obstruct the pipes, failing which he will be liable for the costs incurred for the return to service of this equipment; Make any complaints about the facilities within 48 hours of entering the accommodation. Otherwise, it cannot be admitted; Notify the lessor as soon as possible of any damage affecting the home, its furniture or its equipment. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant; Authorize the Lessor, or any third party appointed by him for this purpose, to carry out, during the rental period, any repair ordered by emergency. The Tenant may not claim any reduction in rent in the event that urgent repairs incumbent on the lessor appear during the rental; Avoid any noise or behavior, because of your own act, because of your family or because of your relations, likely to disturb the neighbors (and this particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.; Respect the internal regulations of the building; Accept visits from premises if the lessor or his agent so request; Renounce any recourse against the lessor in the event of theft and depredation in the rented premises; Maintain the rented accommodation and return it in good condition and rental repairs at the end of the rental If objects appearing in the inventory are damaged, the lessor may claim their replacement value.
